The Student Accommodation conference is back

Property Week event covers every corner of the student accommodation sector

In 2015 there were 1.69 million full-time students in the UK, with over one million of them studying away from home – a 4% increase from the previous year. Property Week’s commitment to the student accommodation sector shows no sign of stopping. With the industry constantly changing and growing each year, there’s no better time to expand our coverage of the student accommodation sector, and highlight the important role it plays in the property industry.

Adding to the highly regarded Student Accommodation conference, comes Property Week’s brand new Student Accommodation Awards – aiming to reward those who are excelling within their sector.

Now in its ninth year, the UK’s largest and longest-running conference in student housing returns to give you the lowdown on everything that is happening in the industry, and how it affects you.

From universities, private developers, policy-makers and independent experts, to investors and key consultants, the event will provide unique insight into what the future holds for purpose-built student accommodation in the UK and Europe. We will also hear from end customers – students themselves – whose voice is not often heard, but who will ultimately decide on how successful a scheme is.

Join the event on 7 December at Central Hall, Westminster, London, for what promises to be a fantastic day to not only learn, but to network and make lasting connections in the industry.
