The University of Huddersfield has been shortlisted for The Duke of York Award for University Entrepreneurship for the 2015 Lloyds Bank National Business Awards.
The University will compete for the prestigious award, with the winner being revealed at the Lloyds Bank National Business Awards gala dinner this November.
Dr Kelly Smith, Head of Enterprise at the University said: “Support for Entrepreneurship is an important part of our work at the University of Huddersfield. I am delighted that this has been recognised by the judges and look forward to taking part in the next stage of this important national competition.”

The other universities which are shortlisted in the category are Liverpool John Moores University, London South Bank University, Sheffield Hallam, UCL, Exeter, Hertfordshire, Leeds, UWE and York.
