A Masterclass with Fred Sirieix

University Hospitality Seminars welcome back Fred Sirieix to present his Masterclass ‘Making Excellence a Habit’ on Tuesday 3rd February

This highly interactive course is a fantastic training and development opportunity for just 16 delegates. Fred Sirieix (Catey Manager of the Year 2013) is the General Manager at Galvin at Windows, the Michelin-starred restaurant on the 28th floor of the London Hilton on Park Lane. You may also recognise Fred as the co-host of the BBC television series ‘Michel Roux’s Service’.

This seminar, held at The Park Tower Hotel, Knightsbridge, London, focuses on service skills that you would use in a restaurant environment that can also be applied to quality functions and VIP dinners.

With the ‘Art of Service’ board game facilitated by Fred, a unique approach is used to truly inspire you to effectively train, lead and develop members of staff in your team ‘Making Excellence a Habit.’
