To date we have received over 25,000 applications from students at every university in the UK and have lent over £16 million.
Government-subsidised student loans are a great way to help fund university education and we strongly encourage students to apply for them first. However we know that university costs and student life can be expensive, so we are here to fill the funding gap between government loans and the actual total cost of attending university. We offer students loans from £2,500 to £40,000 per year to cover tuition fees and costs of living. Representative 11.8% APR variable.
To date, we have engaged with nearly 20 universities around the UK to help them provide financial support for their students. This enables students at these universities to benefit from a lower origination charge, giving them an even more competitive source of long-term funding. On average, the students who find us through their universities save £260 in fees on their student loan as compared to students who come to us through other channels.
How does a university benefit?
- Tuition fees are paid straight to the university
- Students get the financial help that they need and can spend time focusing on their studies
- We work closely with student welfare offices to ensure the right people get the right help
- And of course, there is no cost involved for the university
We believe that no student with the desire and ability to pursue a university education should be denied the opportunity to do so because they lack the financial resources. It’s our mission to help give as many students as possible access to the education they deserve.
