Having led the businesses within their chosen markets to amass a combined new order book in excess of £500M, Mike is in no doubt that a world class customer service is the key to sustainable growth in any business.

To provide such an exceptional service requires exceptional people – something Crystal Services is fortunate to have. Mike is excited about the prospects in joining the Board of Crystal Services, he said: The Facilities Management sectors spend in 2012 was £106bn, it is projected to be £117bn by 2017, every area of FM is expanding from a 17% increase in TFM to a 9% increase in Contracting Out services.

“The service sectors within FM that are demonstrating the most growth potential over the next five years include Building Fabric Maintenance, Environment and Efficiency Management – due to increased regulation, and Property Management.

“With an established and loyal UK wide Customer base, Crystal Services are ideally positioned to further support them, and new partners, with a Strategic Outsourcing Programme delivering a specifically designed set of Integrated Services, that will add only value and maximise the use of available funds. I could not be joining Crystal at a better time.”
