Stephen Hocking, Partner – Public Law, DAC Beachcroft
Stephen is a Partner and Head of DAC Beachcroft’s public sector. Stephen advises educational establishment on public law and related matters. He also advises regulators and professional disciplinary bodies. His advice includes: defence of judicial reviews, advice on regulatory schemes, major misconduct enquiries, joint ventures, competition law.
Tim Ryan, Partner – Technology, DAC Beachcroft
Tim is a Partner and Head of DAC Beachcroft’s national TMT team. He is an experienced commercial lawyer whose team advises across a variety of matters in technology, media and telecoms. In addition to leading on large technology projects and transactions, Tim is heavily involved in working with his clients on a wide range of matters in digital business, ranging from software development, hosting, licensing, data analytics and regulation.
David Seaombe, Aston Beck
David leads Aston Beck, a leadership advisory firm he founded in 2008. He and his team help organisations understand and respond to the challenges of staying relevant as markets, consumers and technology evolve. This frequently involves digital transformation and David advises on setting strategy and then executing on workforce, cultural and technology change. Aston Beck work in the education, private and public sectors. Prior to setting up Aston Beck he worked as an interim manager with successive briefs to increase sales, realign operations and reduce costs. Before that he had a corporate career at Lloyds Bank. David holds a Masters in User Interface Design and has been a Visiting Lecturer delivering insights to MSc Information Systems Management Students.
