What we do

Campus Living Villages is a global owner, developer and operator of student accommodation, with over 42,000 beds across the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and the United States.

As a leading provider of quality facilities and exciting communities where students can live, learn and grow, we offer an enviable range of on and off-campus homes to suit all tastes and budgets.

We have over 60 student villages worldwide and our 15 sites across England, Scotland and Wales span affordable, state-of-the-art luxury to vibrant city-centre flats and studios.

Never compromising on quality, our education partners trust us to deliver desirable student havens with modern facilities, innovative design solutions and an unparalleled residential life experience which embraces and inspires students from all cultures.

About us

Our education partners look for trust and quality – the kind that only years of global expertise can deliver. Community, security, sustainability and quality are all central to our design philosophy and our partners come to us for a broad range of needs:

  • Developing new accommodation
  • BOOT schemes – build, own, operate, transfer
  • Management contracts or operator agreements
  • Acquiring new assets
  • Entering long-term lease options on land and/or buildings
  • Finding on or off balance sheet solutions
  • Refurbishments
  • Project management

Our experienced in-house teams deliver financing, tax, legal and development options specific to each project, as well as extensive design and project management expertise.

The Student Experience

We understand that students have complex needs and expectations. For them, university is about the fear of living away from home for the first time, making new friends, facing fresh challenges and doing well in their studies. That’s why every CLV location is constructed to deliver a unique village ethos – a residential infrastructure to support their academic pursuits and steer their personal growth – along with the facilities and technology required for their course.

Our residents studying at Birmingham Conservatoire have music practice rooms as well as Wi-Fi and social spaces in their CLV home; those staying with us in Salford have a choice of affordable on and off-campus options – including our state-of-the-art, £81 million luxury development, Peel Park Quarter. Our sites in Bournemouth are within easy reach of the beach and town centre, and our residents in Sutton Bonington are surrounded by lawn space for quiet studying and outdoor fitness.

The CLV Difference

Our buildings aren’t just facilities – they are places where communities are born.

We incorporate local legislation restrictions, cultural and social expectations and partner requirements without ever compromising on the final experience delivered to students. No matter which country you find us in, which institution we’re serving, and which students are living in our villages, CLV will never be just another stock-standard builder and operator.
