Kevin WIlliamson joins the student accommodation developer from Unite Students

Kevin Williamson joins Victoria Hall Management Ltd (VHML) as Investment Director from Unite Students, where he led the University Partnership Team and prior to that as Asset Manager. Before Unite, Kevin led the management and commercial activity of various development sites across the UK for Segro.

While at Unite, Kevin established and led the university relationships and commercial activities, and managed the growth of partnership agreements with universities whilst at the same time creating investment opportunities.

At VHML, Kevin will be responsible for developing and expanding business activities across the UK, both with current and new investors and by partnering with universities.
