At the time of writing, it is April 2020 and the UK is on day 38 of lockdown. We are all acutely aware of how this is affecting our lives, connection to society and livelihoods – so, we’ve decided to veer off-piste for this article and instead of focusing on wellbeing, would like to offer our support to your team and business.
Russell Partnership Consulting operates within the higher education, business, leisure, and major event sectors – we’re in contact with thought leaders in these sectors and have taken time to understand the challenges they are facing and the directions they are heading. We can’t fit all our learnings into 300 words but do get in touch if you’d like to know more – we’d be happy to share. Give us a call on 0207 0467885.
We cannot know for sure the course these industries will take – all we do know, is that things are going to be different when life gets back to ‘normal’. There will be many uncertainties, changes and questions to be addressed, and our answers and support will be available when that time comes. We have re-engineered our services to be a part of the solution to revitalise and strategise for higher education; to rebuild and re-establish business; to remobilise and redesign major events; and to rejuvenate and restore leisure.
We’ll now be offering new products and services as a result of the pandemic. We will be focusing on remobilising and re-engineering business and operations; troubleshooting and scenario planning; and focusing on the long-term wellbeing of team members. Just last week, we completed a commission with a 10-day turnaround for a major organisation, developing a wellbeing platform for furloughed team members, ensuring they are staying well throughout this period.
