A masterclass with Wayne Collins

University Hospitality Seminars (UHS) announces masterclass with ‘British Cocktail King’ Wayne Collins

UHS are thrilled that award-winning Wayne Collins (known as ‘The British Cocktail King’ by The New York Times) will be running a masterclass entitled ‘Creating Professional Cocktails to build your Business.’

This will be held at Halifax Hall Hotel, University of Sheffield on Thursday 4th December, 2014.

Within the drinks industry Wayne is regarded as one of the most knowledgeable and innovative bar tenders of today, with a wealth of experience spanning back to the early 1990’s. Wayne is best known for some of his work on the cocktail slot of the BBC’s ‘Something for the weekend’ which attracted over 1.5 million viewers during a five-year period.

He has also appeared globally at many prestigious events including the BAFTAs and film premieres.

This is a fantastic training opportunity for just 16 delegates to develop new skills in the Art of Cocktail Making. A quality cocktail offer can have a major impact on your business. Cocktail nights for students are considered to be one of the major business growth opportunities for bars in 2014.

Creating Professional Cocktails will not only add value to your business, but also impress any VIPs using your services. As well as an exciting opportunity for future weddings and events.
