The Student Housing Company named Best Halls Provider
The company sets new records at National Student Housing Survey Awards
The Student Housing Company has once again been named Best Private Halls Provider in the UK’s National Student Housing Survey (NSHS) Awards, marking the first time ever that a student housing operator has been awarded the accolade in four consecutive years. The operator also won the Customer Service Award for the second year running and was endorsed with the International Accommodation Quality Mark, which recognises organisations achieving at least 90% satisfaction among international students.
As well as winning these prestigious accolades, the private accommodation provider was also shortlisted in the Best Value for Money category. The results reflect the company’s dedication to provide the very best in student housing, and cement the organisation’s position as the number one accommodation provider in the sector.

Run by Red Brick Research, the NSHS is the largest annual student survey of its kind. Measuring satisfaction levels in all types of accommodation, it allows participating institutions to measure their performance against national and regional benchmarks. This year 34,000 students from more than 200 universities and colleges across the UK provided feedback on their housing experiences.
