This timely seminar will focus on the future for England’s school system.

Delegates will consider the future position of grammar and faith schools; and the role independent schools and universities should play within the school system in the coming years - addressing key areas of concern and assessing the likely impact on the wider school system.

Following the publication of the Education Select Committee report into MATs which expressed concern about their effectiveness and performance, further sessions will assess priorities for them going forward exploring issues around accountability, governance and sustainability as they continue to play a significant role within the school system.
