With over one million cleans and counting, Crystal Facilities Management continues to lead the way in student accommodation cleaning

A student room can go from being the private sanctuary for one person to the chilling spot for the entire flat, either way we know that student halls are a space away from home and contribute greatly to the overall University experience. For this reason, Crystal Facilities Management prides itself in providing a safe and reliable environment for all parties involved for nearly a decade. One of the things we have learnt is that reliability is a fundamental factor that supports years of hard work. This contributes to earning our customers’ confidence whilst we exceed their expectations and provide a solid commitment to the community of a safe working environment.

Providing Supportive Services

Summer Deep Cleaning: The summer season is here with thousands of students moving in and out between the months of June and September, it is crucial that student accommodation providers deliver a unique and most importantly clean residence throughout the year. Completing over 80,000 rooms in the summer of 2016, we know that the season has tight turn arounds and requires extensive preparation, adaptation and above all flexibility, especially with changes of circumstance and unforeseen situations arising. CFM therefore provide a complete solution as our reliable and tailored Student Accommodation services meet and will continue to meet clients’ demands. We are continuing to provide a summer deep cleaning service, to the University of Leeds, the University of Sheffield as well as Falmouth University to name a few. We are delighted to have acquired some excellent Universities, such as Queen Margaret’s University, UCA and the University of Bristol.

Daily Contract Cleaning: Crystal does understand that the higher education experience is unique for the student body, higher education institutions and accommodation providers, so we’d like to share our milestones and contribution to this ever-expanding sector.

We not only enjoy delivering seasonal services, but since Autumn last year we have had the privilege to work on a daily contractual basis with the University of Sheffield and the University of Leeds.

Security: We have identified that this is an area of expansion, as well as this, safety is paramount especially when away from home.

Crystal Facilities Management are thrilled to announce that we are now a SIA approved contractor. By using the best technology available to support our customer and security teams, we aim to consistently deliver outstanding levels of service, providing parents peace of mind and students and staff a safe environment to work and live in.
