We are specialist managers of student accommodation, we are committed to providing exceptional service to the clients whose properties we manage and to the students who live in those properties.

We are one of the largest in the industry with over 8,300 beds across 32 sites across the UK and are proud to have a further 4,353 beds under contract for 2016/17.

Fresh offer fully integrated management services from site mobilisation, facilities management, marketing, and full financial accounting.
