European Electronique celebrates Jisc contract win

European Electronique strengthens position in the higher education sector with Jisc Services Framework win

Leading technology solutions provider European Electronique has strengthened its position in the higher education sector by being appointed to the Jisc Services Framework for the Supply and Support of Routing and Switching Equipment, being awarded Preferred Supplier with HP on lot 6 and as a supplier with Fortinet (Meru) on lot 10. 

The framework is focused on improving the quality of procurement across the higher education sector and delivering maximum value from the purchase of goods and services.

The agreement will enable European Electronique to continue offering its services to higher education institutions throughout the UK, in addition to the services they already offer through the NEUPC and Crown Commercial Services (RM1054) frameworks. As Preferred Supplier on the HP lot, universities can also choose to purchase networking equipment directly from European Electronique without the need to go to tender.
