Charles Kerr, Property Development Director
Charles is a Chartered Surveyor with over 20 years experience of the property market gained at Chartwell Land, Healy & Baker, AXA, Topland and Chesterton. For the past 12 years, Charles has been actively involved in the niche student residential sector at UNITE UPP and South Street which he joined in 2007. This has included securing opportunities throughout the UK, undertaking appraisals, obtaining planning permission, controlling the construction process and dealing with operational matters
Robyn Hicks, Marketing Manager
Robyn is a Sales and Marketing Manager with over 10 years’ experience in youth marketing in the music, events and student accommodation industries. Having worked for both Unite and Mainstay Student she brings extensive knowledge of strategic sales and marketing, brand and product management, social media marketing, training and development. Robyn joined South Street in December 2008 and is responsible for all aspects of marketing and customer communications and delivering consistently high occupancy and resident satisfaction.
David Aspin, Head of Operations
David is a Commercial Operations Manager with over 20 years’ experience delivering high quality, value for money customer service and developing brand awareness and profitability in businesses including Unite Group PLC. Experienced at working at both strategic and tactical levels delivering key business objectives by developing individuals and teams within the retail, property management and customer service sectors.
